class bessel_K_exp_integ_gsl

Compute exponentially scaled modified bessel function of the second kind using the GSL functions.

This class computes \( K_n(z) e^z\) for \( n=1,2,3 \).

This class is used in in o2scl::fermion_thermo_tl, o2scl::fermion_nonrel_tl, and o2scl::fermion_rel_tl
