Equations of State of Quark Matter

The equations of state of \quark matter are all inherited from
:ref:`eos_quark <eos_quark>` : :ref:`eos_quark_bag <eos_quark_bag>` is
a simple bag model, :ref:`eos_quark_njl <eos_quark_njl>` is the
Nambu-Jona-Lasinio (NJL) model. The NJL model with vector interactions
is computed in :ref:`eos_quark_njl_vec <eos_quark_njl_vec>`. The CFL
and 2SC phases are described by :ref:`eos_quark_cfl <eos_quark_cfl>`,
and :ref:`eos_quark_cfl6 <eos_quark_cfl6>` adds the
color-superconducting 't Hooft interaction.
